Summary: The CDSP, a collaborative effort between Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and the Connecticut Down Syndrome Congress, is designed to meet the growing need for integrated, coordinated and continuous care for chldren and their families with Down Syndrome. The CDSP is a centralized resource for Connecticut subspecialists and pediatricians, primary care physicians and family doctors from across the state to help care for infants, children and adolescents with Down Syndrome.

Down Syndrome Assessment Center

Affiliation: Yale – New Haven Hospital
Summary: This is an outpatient service to evaluate overall cognitive and functional capabilities of adults with Down dynrome. Mecial, psychosocial, finctional and emotional evalutations are completed on particular patients. In addition, caregiver support and education is also provided. Nurse Practitioner on site. Other services available as needed.
