Every year GLOBAL organizes an EPIC World Down Syndrome Day Dance Party in Denver and educational workshops around the world. Our goal is to celebrate people with Down syndrome and to raise $25,000. 100% of the proceeds go to medical care and elongating the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.
YOUR donation will support over 2,700 patients with Down syndrome from 35 states, Puerto Rico, and 11 countries!

What is World Down Syndrome Day?
Down syndrome is a chromosomal condition that happens when someone is born with three copies of chromosome 21 instead of two. Over the years people started to celebrate “3-21” or March 21St as World Down Syndrome Day. In 2011 the UN declared March 21St World Down Syndrome Day and since then over 90 countries have signed on and officially celebrate the day. In addition, several countries and states celebrate March as World Down Syndrome Month.
