2013 Denver Broncos Cheerleaders Dare to Cheer Program

Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Sports Authority Field in Denver.The Global Down Syndrome Foundation’s Denver Broncos Cheerleaders Dare to Cheer program for individuals with Down syndrome 7 & older is expanding in 2013, with participants able to choose between a shorter summer camp and a 7-month collaboration with the Junior Denver Broncos Cheerleaders!

Participants have two options:

The Denver Broncos Cheerleaders Dare to Cheer Camp program includes:

* DVD to practice at home
* Summer uniform: Leotard, Vest, Skirt
& Dare to Play Camp on Friday, June 21st, and Saturday, June 22nd, at Valor Christian High School

* June 22nd is a Community event where football players with Down syndrome play a short game and the cheerleaders perform at halftime.
* After the game, everyone attends a big celebration party with the community that includes music, games, beverages, food, photo opportunities

* Global Down Syndrome Foundation T- shirt

Cost of the program: $110 ($50 registration fee & $60 for uniform)

The Junior Denver Broncos Cheerleaders Dare to Cheer program includes:

* 7 month program
* 11 practice dates for 1.5 hours each at Sports Authority Field
* Perform at 4 Denver Broncos games (see attached schedule)
* Perform at 2 additional events – Rapids game and Rockies game
* DVD to practice at home
* 1 practice outfit – T-shirt and shorts
* 2 Denver Broncos Cheerleader outfits

* Summer uniform: Leotard, Vest, Skirt & Boots
* Winter uniform: Leotard, Vest, Long pants, Chaps & Boots

* Global Down Syndrome Foundation T-shirt
* Dare to Play Camp on Friday, June 21st, and Saturday, June 22nd, at Valor Christian High School

* June 22nd is Community event where football players with Down syndrome play a short game and the cheerleaders perform at halftime.
* After the game, everyone attends a big celebration party with the community that includes music, games, beverages, food, photo opportunities

Cost of the program: $538 ($50 registration fee, $185 uniform & $315 practice tuition, which can be made in 3 payments or 1)
