Dr. Francis J. Hickey joined the Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome as Medical Director of its Anna and John J. Sie Center for Down Syndrome in 2010. Since that time, and under the leadership of the Crnic Institute Executive Director, Dr. Hickey has put together a multi-disciplinary team of experts with more than 80 years of combined experience in caring for children with Down syndrome and developmental disabilities.

Dee Daniels joined the Anna and John J. Sie Center for Down Syndrome, the medical care center for the Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome in November 2010. Dee has a passion for working with children who are differently-abled (including her own daughter who is hearing impaired), and has dedicated her career to this population for the past 15 years.

Patricia C. Winders is the Director of Therapies and Senior Physical Therapist at the Anna and John J. Sie Center for Down Syndrome, the medical care center for the Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome. Patricia joined the Sie Center because it allows her to fulfill her dream of creating a comprehensive program of physical therapy for children with Down syndrome and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of clinical care specialists and researchers dedicated to people with the condition.
