Summary: The Anna and John J. Sie Center for Down Syndrome is a cooperative effort of Children¹s Hospital Colorado, the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and the University of Colorado at Boulder. Our mission is to provide the best clinical care and therapeutic intervention to children with Down syndrome, provide up-to-date information on Down Syndrome to parents, physicians and the community, participate in collaborative ground-breaking clinical research trials and serve as a resource for families and primary care providers. The goal of the Sie Center is to work as a team with the family and primary care physicians in caring for children with Down syndrome. Our services include evaluation, consultation and therapies for infants, children and teens through age 21 years.

Affiliation: Mann Method PT and Fitness, PLLC and Mann Therapies, LLC are independent outpatient therapy clinics providing specialized PT and OT services to individuals with Ds and their families across the lifespan.
Summary: Mann Method PT and Fitness, PLLC and Mann Therapies, LLC provide specialized physical therapy and occupational therapy services to individuals with Down syndrome from birth through adulthood.

Dr. Jen Spiric, PT, DPT specializes in working with infants and toddlers with Ds. Dr. Sarah Mann, PT, DPT specializes in working with teens and adults with Ds. Jamie McGrew, MOTR/L provides occupational therapy and sensory organization therapy for individuals with Ds across the lifespan. Mason Brammer, COTA/L specializes in working with teens and adults with Ds. Dr. Stephanie Hansen, PT, DPT, OCS specializes in orthopedic physical therapy and post-surgical rehab, as well as PT for caregivers. JJ Olson is our clinic coordinator and patient advocate.

Pilot Adult Down Syndrome Clinic – Denver

Summary: Global and Denver Health have joined forces to organize a pilot clinic which aims to provide excellent medical care to adults with Down syndrome. The clinic has recruited Down syndrome professional – Dr. Barry Martin, M.D. to address medical health on Mondays at the Denver Health Federico F. Peña Southwest Family Health Center and Urgent Care. Currently open to CO residents only.
