Summary: | The Down Syndrome Center at MUSC Children’s Hospital consists of an interdisciplinary team whose goal is to provide quality care in order to help each individual with Down syndrome reach his or her full potential and function as independently as possible in all aspects of family, school and community life. We provide comprehensive medical management and clinical services to individuals with DS and their families. Our interdisciplinary team develops and provides individualized care for the complex medical and psychosocial problems confronting families and individuals. We are committed to investigating the clinical problems experienced by individuals with Down syndrome. |
