Summary: This is an outpatient service to evaluate overall cognitive and functional capabilities of adults with Down dynrome. Mecial, psychosocial, finctional and emotional evalutations are completed on particular patients. In addition, caregiver support and education is also provided. Nurse Practitioner on site. Other services available as needed.
