Summary: This clinic cares for adults with Down syndrome and their families. We have all the resources available at an academic medical center. Each patient is seen by the nurse practitioner and a dietitian. Other services such as a physician are available within the department. We can provide primary care or consultative service.
Ages Served: 15 and older
Hours and Days of Operation: Mondays and Tuesdays, and with the dietitian once a month. Other appointments available as needed. Home visits are offered if coming to campus creates a hardship.

Summary: The mission of this multidisciplinary clinic is to improve the quality of life of individuals with Down syndrome by providing a coordinated medical program that addresses the needs of children with Down syndrome as well as offers support and education to their families.

Hours and Days of Operation: All appointments start at 8:00am and last for 4 hours, clinic in Kansas City is held every Wednesday and clinic in Overland Park, KS is held every Friday.
