Summary: The Down Syndrome Program at the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to caring for children with Down syndrome, from 6 months to age 21 (patient must establish care before age 18). We work closely with you, your child and your family to ensure the best possible health and development for your child. Our services include: developmental and medical evaluations, functional assessments and goal setting, education and family support, referrals to local organizations and information sources, and access to other Doernbecher specialists, including ear, nose and throat, heart, dentistry, feeding/nutrition, eye, psychology and psychiatry.
Ages Served: Birth to Age 21 *excludes infants
Hours and Days of Operation: Six appointments available weekly on Fridays at 7:15, 7:45 and 8:00 AM; 12:15, 12:45, 1:00 PM
