Summary: Our multidisciplinary team provides coordinated medical, social and developmental care for children with Down Syndrome. Our team includes representatives from the Down Syndrome of Delaware who serve as a valuable resource for families, providing personal insight as well as information about support available in the community as well as their organization.
Ages Served: Newborn to age 21 years. Some prenatal consultations.
