Down Syndrome Clinic at Nemours, Wilmington, DE

Affiliation: Nemours Children’s Hospital
Summary: Our program provides a coordinated, interdisciplinary approach to addressing the medical, social, and developmental needs of children and their families. This approach allows us to: Assess, monitor, and prevent medical problems associated with Down Syndrome; Provide continuity and coordination of ongoing sub-specialist medical care; Deliver resources and develop opportunities for children with Down syndrome and their families with the help of our parent and self-advocates; Assist in the formulation and implementation of customized physical, occupational, and speech therapy plans.

Hours and Days of Operation: 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month with 7 appointments available each day
