Summary: The CDD Down Syndrome Service welcomes infants, children and adults. We work closely with families and with local care providers. We can clarify the diagnoses of people thought to have Down syndrome and can provide interdisciplinary health care and services. We can also work with patients and their families to ease the transition to new services at each stage of life.
