Research and Medical Care Senior Senior Specialist

Allie Seracuse is the Research and Medical Care Senior Specialist at the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. Passionate about healthcare access, she transitioned from clinical medicine to advocacy, aiming to promote healthcare accessibility across diverse populations. Allie, a Whitman College graduate in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology, has diverse clinical experience, including at a COVID Clinic, Teletón Chile, and clinical research labs. These roles shaped her person-centered approach, prioritizing the impact of medicine and research on individuals. In her free time, Allie enjoys painting watercolor landscapes inspired by her travels and pets.
